🏛️ Our Realms & Stories 🏛️
Q: What are "realms"?
A: Each realm explores a different aspect of Irish culture ~ from ancient mythology to landscapes and flavours. Each realm contains a themed collection of unique slimes, with hidden stories accessible by QR code where included.
Q: How do the QR code stories work?
A: Selected jars include a QR code that unlocks a narrated storyboard by our young storyteller ~ bringing Irish legends, places and stories to life.

Q: How do I order Slime Banshee slimes?
A: Visit our website during a restock, select your chosen slimes, and check out securely. All slimes are handcrafted in small batches ~ availability is limited.
Q: When do you restock?
A: Restock dates are announced on our website, Instagram @Slime.Banshee and email newsletter. Some collections are limited edition and may not return once sold out.
Q: Can I reserve slimes or request a restock?
A: Stock is first-come, first-served. Favourites may return in future restocks or themed bundles ~ watch our announcements.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide from Ireland. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us and we'll try to add it.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders usually dispatch within 3 ~ 5 business days. Made-to-order, personalised, custom, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. Delivery times vary:
- Ireland: 1 ~ 3 business days
- EU: 3 ~ 7 business days
- International: 1 ~ 4 weeks. Customs may delay delivery.

📌 Customs duties & taxes: Paid by the buyer ~ Slime Banshee cannot cover these fees.
Q: Will my slime arrive safely?
A: Each order is packed securely. If any damage occurs, email photos within 7 days so we can assist or replace where appropriate.
🧴 Caring for Your Slime 🧴
Q: How do I care for my slime?
A: Keep slime in its airtight container away from heat or direct sunlight.
Q: What if my slime gets sticky or stiff?
A: For stickiness, knead thoroughly for 2 ~ 3 minutes first. If still sticky, add a small amount of Slime Banshee activator or borax spray and knead again.
For stiffness, warm it in clean hands or add a touch of unscented lotion. Avoid lotion in clear slimes.
Q: How long does slime last?
A: With proper care, most slimes last several months. Over time they may dry out or change texture ~ this is normal.
🛡️ Safety & Sensory Play 🛡️
📌 Slime Banshee slimes are made using cosmetic-grade ingredients, with EN71 compliance information requested from suppliers where available. They are designed for supervised sensory play and are recommended for ages 7+ with adult supervision unless otherwise stated.
Slime is not food and should not be eaten. Wash hands before and after play. Keep away from broken skin, eyes, mouth, fabrics and pets.
Q: Should I wash my hands before and after playing?
A: Yes ~ clean hands keep slime fresh and reduce residue after play.
Q: Are your slimes suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our slimes are made with cosmetic-grade ingredients. Users with sensitive skin should patch-test first and avoid use on broken skin, eczema, or irritated areas.
Q: Can slime help with stress?
A: Many players find the textures and sounds calming for focus and relaxation ~ ideal for mindful sensory play.
🔬 Ingredients & Quality 🔬
Q: What ingredients do you use?
A: We use cosmetic-grade ingredients including premium glue blends, pigments, mica, glitter, clay, foam beads and fragrance oils. EN71 compliance information is requested from suppliers where available.
Q: What about your glue?
A: We use a premium glue blend chosen for stretch, texture and durability. Our ingredients are selected from suppliers who provide EN71 compliance information where available.
Q: What activator do you use?
A: Slime requires an activator to form its stretchable texture. We use a carefully diluted activator blend designed for consistent stretch and sensory quality. Slime products may contain sodium borate or boron-based activator.
Q: Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
A: Slime Banshee products are cruelty-free. We only label products as vegan when every ingredient is formally certified.
Q: What's the difference between Slime Banshee and Banshee Beag?
Slime Banshee: More complex, sensory-rich textures inspired by Irish myth, landscapes and storytelling.
Banshee Beag: Simpler, beginner-friendly textures with softer stretch and lighter hold.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?
A: We use recyclable and compostable materials where possible and encourage jar reuse.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for exclusive offers and promos.
📜 Policies 📜
Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: Many Slime Banshee products are handmade, made to order, personalised, or created to your chosen specifications. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
For non-custom products, EU customers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, provided the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in a resaleable condition.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of slime products that have been opened, unsealed, used, handled, mixed, or contaminated after delivery, unless faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence so we can help.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier first, then email us and we will help where we can.

After stumbling across the Slime Banshee Orla at a market in Farmleigh, with her amazing interactive stall where our kids got to grips with a fun slime experience, we were so thrilled to hear she offered kids parties. We immediately booked a date with Orla for a slime party in our home for our daughter’s upcoming 8th birthday and it was one for the memory books. There were 7 children present in total, ages 5-9years old and each of them were thoroughly engaged and entertained. Orla was wonderful with the children. She was super organised with all the equipment ready to go and easy to access. Everything ran smoothly and she had spare items to hand if extra was needed. Orla has a special way with children of understanding their needs and their sensory word. She was so patient and attentive to every last detail. I couldn’t have asked for better for our girls special day and she still play with the slime from that day months on. All the children had a ball. It was the perfect event for any time of year really but particularly when one can’t be too sure of the weather getting it right.
I felt Orla priced everything very reasonably and I was humbled by the effort she went to personalising a little party bag for each of the children. No sweets went home with the kiddos but instead a sensory pack with a variety of items which my children are still getting mileage out of.
It was clear also that Orla had a good understanding of neurodivergence and demonstrated great accommodation skills and flexibility in these matters. Id highly recommend Orla and her Slime Banshee events.

You can see that she really loves spending time and putting effort into creating such a fun and enjoyable experience for them. What a fantastic birthday party! Our 11 year old had her dream party designing her own slime. Orla was brilliant with all the children and took care of everything. Highly recommend!
We booked Orla for our daughters communion party and from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience. Orla managed to keep the whole group engaged for over 2 hours. Every child got some one to one time at the cart with Orla and my daughter was treated like a princess for the afternoon! The quality of the slime and accessories are spectacular and worth every penny but more than Orla is an absolute star! She has a wonderful nature and is so calm and welcoming with everyone that even the most reluctant child warmed to her straight away and had a ball making their slime. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants something truly unique and special. We will definitely be booking more slime parties in the future.
We had Orla for a communion party and she was the biggest hit with all the children. They loved her and she was so kind and easy going with them. They were free to come and go as they wanted. All ages and both boys and girls loved her, the communion girl said it was the best surprise and it made her day. Could not recommend highly enough
