Ordering & Restocks

Q: How do I order Slime Banshee slimes?

A: Embark on a mystical journey to our website during a restock, select your enchanted slimes, and proceed to checkout. Our creations are handcrafted in limited batches, so seize them before they vanish into the ethereal mist!

Q: When do you restock?

A: We summon new slimes every other Friday at 7 PM GMT. Stay connected with our spectral updates by following us on Instagram (@Slime.Banshee) or joining our newsletter for exclusive previews.

Q: Can I reserve slimes or request a restock?

A: Our slimes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we cannot accommodate reservations, beloved favourites may reappear in future restocks or themed bundles—keep an eye on our announcements!


Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We dispatch our magical slimes worldwide from Ireland. If your realm isn't listed at checkout, contact us, and we'll endeavour to extend our reach.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Ireland: 1-3 business days
  • EU: 3-7 business days
  • International: 1-4 weeks (customs delays may occur)

📌 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over €100 within the EU qualify for free shipping.

📌 Customs Duties & Import Taxes: If you are ordering from outside Ireland, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Slime Banshee.

Q: Will my slime arrive safely?

A: We meticulously package each order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If your parcel sustains any damage during transit, please contact us with photos within 7 days, and we'll make it right!


Caring for Your Slime

Q: How do I care for my slime?

A: Preserve your slime's enchantment by storing it in its airtight container, away from extreme temperatures.

Q: What if my slime gets sticky or stiff?

A: If your slime becomes sticky, add a small amount of the included activator and knead until it reaches the desired consistency. For stiff slime, gently warm it in your hands or add a drop of lotion (avoid adding lotion to clear slimes, as it may cause cloudiness).

Q: How long does slime last?

A: With proper care, your slime can provide months of enjoyment. All slimes have a limited lifespan and may eventually dry out with excessive play.


Safety & Sensory Play

Q: Should I wash my hands before and after playing with slime?

A: Absolutely! Clean, dry hands help maintain your slime's quality and prevent contamination. Washing hands after play ensures no residue remains on your skin.

Q: Are your slimes safe for sensitive skin?

A: Our slimes are crafted with non-toxic ingredients. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use. Avoid contact with open cuts, eczema-prone areas, or irritated skin.

Q: Can slime help with stress or sensory needs?

A: Yes! Slime offers a soothing sensory experience, perfect for relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief. Many find the textures beneficial for fidgeting, focus, and anxiety reduction.


Activator & Ingredients

Q: What activator do you use?

A: We use a mild borax-based activator (under 8%) to ensure our slimes hold the best texture and longevity. However, we understand that some may prefer a gentler alternative, so every order includes a free borax-free activator gift for added flexibility.

Q: What ingredients do you use in your slimes?

A: We take pride in using high-quality, skin-safe ingredients. Our slimes are made with cosmetic-grade pigments, fragrance oils, and non-toxic glue and activators to ensure a safe and enjoyable sensory experience.

Q: Are your pigments, glitters, and fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

A: Yes! All of our pigments, mica powders, glitters, and fragrance oils are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients or any materials tested on animals.

Q: What about your glue ?

A: We have sourced a high-quality glue supplier who has blended and tested glue to fit Slime Banshee’s needs. Our chosen glue enhances texture, durability, and stretch across all our slimes.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?

A: Yes! We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by using recyclable and biodegradable materials wherever possible. Our shipping boxes, tissue paper, and packing peanuts are biodegradable, and we avoid unnecessary plastic waste.

Policies

Q: Can I return or cancel my order?

A: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our slimes. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: Slime Banshee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with your local postal service before contacting us.
