Q: What are "realms"?
A: Each realm explores a different aspect of Irish culture – from ancient mythology to landscapes and flavors. Every realm contains 7 unique slimes, each with its own hidden story accessible via QR code.
Q: How do the QR code stories work?
A: Every jar includes a QR code that unlocks an exclusive storyboard narrated by our young storyteller, bringing each Irish legend to life.
Ordering & Restocks
Q: How do I order Slime Banshee slimes?
A: Embark on a mystical journey to our website during a restock, select your enchanted slimes, and proceed to checkout. Our creations are handcrafted in limited batches, so seize them before they vanish into the ethereal mist!
Q: When do you restock?
A: We summon new slimes the 1st Friday of every month at 7 PM GMT. Stay connected with our spectral updates by following us on Instagram (@Slime.Banshee) or joining our newsletter for exclusive previews.
Q: Can I reserve slimes or request a restock?
A: Our slimes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we cannot accommodate reservations, beloved favourites may reappear in future restocks or themed bundles ~ keep an eye on our announcements!
Shipping
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We dispatch our magical slimes worldwide from Ireland. If your realm isn't listed at checkout, contact us, and we'll endeavour to extend our reach.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Ireland: 1-3 business days
- EU: 3-7 business days
- International: 1-4 weeks (customs delays may occur)
📌 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
📌 Customs Duties & Import Taxes: These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Slime Banshee.
Q: Will my slime arrive safely?
A: We meticulously package each order. If your parcel sustains any damage, contact us with photos within 7 days, and we'll make it right!
Caring for Your Slime
Q: How do I care for my slime?
A: Store in its airtight container, away from extreme temperatures.
Q: What if my slime gets sticky or stiff?
A: Add a bit of the borax free activator to sticky slime. If stiff, warm it with your hands or use a drop of lotion (avoid lotion in clear slime).
Q: How long does slime last?
A: With care, slimes last months. Over time, they may dry out.
Safety & Sensory Play
📌 Our Slime Banshee Slime Range contain borax & are not suitable for children. We hope to release our Banshee Beag range soon.
Q: Should I wash my hands before and after playing?
A: Yes! It helps maintain slime quality and keeps your hands residue-free.
Q: Are your slimes safe for sensitive skin?
A: Our slimes are non-toxic, but if you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test. Avoid cuts or irritated areas.
Q: Can slime help with stress?
A: Yes! Slime offers a soothing, mindful sensory experience — great for anxiety and fidgeting.
Activator & Ingredients
Q: What activator do you use?
A: We use a mild borax-based activator (<8%). Each order includes a free borax-free activator too!
Q: What ingredients do you use?
A: Only skin-safe, cosmetic-grade, non-toxic materials: pigments, fragrance oils, and glue.
Q: Are they vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Yes! All pigments, mica, glitters, and scents are vegan and cruelty-free.
Q: What about your glue?
A: We use a custom glue blend formulated for stretch, texture, and durability.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?
A: Yes! We use recyclable & biodegradable materials wherever possible.

Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: We don’t allow cancellations. Please double-check your order before checkout.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We don't accept returns/exchanges due to hygiene, but damaged items will be replaced or refunded with photo proof.
Q: What if my package is lost?
A: We’re not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. If marked as delivered but missing, check with your local courier first.
