2. Ordering Process

2.1. To place an order through our Shopify store, customers must provide accurate and complete personal information.
2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase.
2.3. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Product Information

3.1. Our handmade slimes are crafted individually, which may result in slight variations in colour, texture, scent, add-ins, or appearance from product images.
3.2. All products are described to the best of our ability, including sensory pairings, charms, and themes inspired by Irish mythology and landscapes.
3.3. Products are not edible and should be used only as intended.
3.4. Some products may be handmade, made to order, personalised, or created to the customer’s chosen specifications, including selected textures, colours, scents, charms, names, labels, themes, or other custom elements.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through Shopify’s secure payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal, or other available payment options shown at checkout.
4.2. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the full amount paid.

5. Shipping & Processing Times

We aim to process most orders within 3-5 business days before dispatching them for delivery. Made-to-order, personalised, custom, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated shipping times vary based on destination:

• Ireland: 1-3 business days
• EU: 3-7 business days
• International: 1-4 weeks. Customs delays may occur.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1. Many Slime Banshee products are handmade, made to order, personalised, or created to the customer’s chosen specifications, including selected textures, colours, scents, charms, labels, names, themes, or other custom elements. These items may not be suitable for resale once production has begun.
6.2. Custom, personalised, and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
6.3. Where a product is not custom, personalised, or made to the customer’s specifications, EU customers may have a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in a resaleable condition.
6.4. Due to the hygienic and sensory nature of slime products, returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, used, handled, mixed, or contaminated after delivery, unless the item is faulty.
6.5. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Where approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
6.6. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6.7. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Safety Disclaimer

7.1. Slime Banshee products are not edible. Keep away from small children and pets.
7.2. Slime products may contain borax or boron-based activator and should be used only as directed. Please check each product listing for age guidance and safety information.
7.3. Slime should not be used on broken skin, near the eyes or mouth, on fabrics, carpets, furniture, or pets. Wash hands before and after play.
7.4. We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivity caused by ingredients, fragrance oils, colourants, charms, glitter, clay, foam beads, or other add-ins. Customers are strongly encouraged to review product information carefully before purchase. If you are unsure about potential allergens or sensitivities, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our Shopify store, including product descriptions, branding, images, videos, artwork, storyboards, QR-linked content, product names, and themes, is the intellectual property of Slime Banshee and protected by copyright laws.
8.2. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or redistribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Slime Banshee is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, storage, handling, or misuse of products.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved under Irish law.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Shopify store. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
