Welcome to Slime Banshee (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Shopify store (https://www.slimebanshee.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Ordering Process
2.1. To place an order through our Shopify store, customers must provide accurate and complete personal information.
2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase.
2.3. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Product Information
3.1. Our handmade slimes are crafted individually, which may result in slight variations in color, texture, or appearance from product images.
3.2. All products are described to the best of our ability, including sensory pairings, charms, and themes inspired by Irish mythology and landscapes.
3.3. Products are not edible and should be used only as intended.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through Shopify’s secure payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
4.2. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund the full amount paid.

5. Shipping & Processing Times

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days before dispatching them for delivery. Estimated shipping times vary based on destination:

Ireland: 1-3 business days
EU: 3-7 business days
International: 1-4 weeks (customs delays may occur)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier schedules, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

📌 Customs Duties & Import Taxes

If you are ordering from outside Ireland, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Slime Banshee.

6. Refund and Returns Policy
6.1. As per EU regulations, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and unopened.
6.2. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, returns are not accepted for items that have been opened or unsealed.
6.3. Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must contact us through Shopify within 2 - 3 days of receiving the order with proof of the issue (e.g., photos).
6.4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Safety Disclaimer
7.1. Slime Banshee products are not edible. Keep away from small children and pets.
7.2. Our Slime Banshee Range contain borax & are not suitable for children. They are intended for use by teens and adults.
7.3. We are not liable for any allergic reactions. Ingredients are listed, and customers are strongly encouraged to review them carefully before purchase. If you are unsure about potential allergens, please contact us for additional information before placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on our Shopify store, including product descriptions, branding, images, and themes, is the intellectual property of Slime Banshee and protected by copyright laws.
8.2. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Slime Banshee is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products.

After stumbling across the Slime Banshee Orla at a market in Farmleigh, with her amazing interactive stall where our kids got to grips with a fun slime experience, we were so thrilled to hear she offered kids parties. We immediately booked a date with Orla for a slime party in our home for our daughter’s upcoming 8th birthday and it was one for the memory books. There were 7 children present in total, ages 5-9years old and each of them were thoroughly engaged and entertained. Orla was wonderful with the children. She was super organised with all the equipment ready to go and easy to access. Everything ran smoothly and she had spare items to hand if extra was needed. Orla has a special way with children of understanding their needs and their sensory word. She was so patient and attentive to every last detail. I couldn’t have asked for better for our girls special day and she still play with the slime from that day months on. All the children had a ball. It was the perfect event for any time of year really but particularly when one can’t be too sure of the weather getting it right.
I felt Orla priced everything very reasonably and I was humbled by the effort she went to personalising a little party bag for each of the children. No sweets went home with the kiddos but instead a sensory pack with a variety of items which my children are still getting mileage out of.
It was clear also that Orla had a good understanding of neurodivergence and demonstrated great accommodation skills and flexibility in these matters. Id highly recommend Orla and her Slime Banshee events.

What a fantastic birthday party! Our 11 year old had her dream party designing her own slime. Orla was brilliant with all the children and took care of everything. Highly recommend!

We booked Orla for our daughters communion party and from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience. Orla managed to keep the whole group engaged for over 2 hours. Every child got some one to one time at the cart with Orla and my daughter was treated like a princess for the afternoon! The quality of the slime and accessories are spectacular and worth every penny but more than Orla is an absolute star! She has a wonderful nature and is so calm and welcoming with everyone that even the most reluctant child warmed to her straight away and had a ball making their slime. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants something truly unique and special. We will definitely be booking more slime parties in the future.

We had Orla for a communion party and she was the biggest hit with all the children. They loved her and she was so kind and easy going with them. They were free to come and go as they wanted. All ages and both boys and girls loved her, the communion girl said it was the best surprise and it made her day. Could not recommend highly enough

My daughter had an amazing party, Orla was so lovely and very patient with all the kids, which truly added to the experience !! Nothing was a bother, don’t stall in booking for your kids birthday or parties.
