3.1. Our handmade slimes are crafted individually, which may result in slight variations in colour, texture, scent, stretch, appearance, charms, or add-ins from product images.
3.2. All products are described to the best of our ability, including texture, scent, sensory features, charms, themes, and care information.
3.3. Products are not edible and should only be used as directed.
3.4. Product textures may vary slightly due to handmade production, storage, weather, shipping temperature, or customer handling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through Shopify’s secure payment methods.
4.2. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. In the event of pricing, stock, or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund the full amount paid.
4.4. For private parties, workshops, schools, or community bookings, deposits, invoices, or booking terms may apply separately.

5. Shipping & Processing Times

We aim to process most orders within 3-5 business days before dispatch. Made-to-order, personalised, custom, high-volume, or restock-period orders may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Ireland: 1-3 business days
• EU: 3-7 business days
• International: 1-4 weeks. Customs delays may occur.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

If you are ordering from outside Ireland, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or customs delays. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Slime Banshee.

Lost or missing package concerns should be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please check with your local postal service or courier before contacting us.

6. Refund, Returns & Cancellations

6.1. Many Slime Banshee products are handmade, made to order, personalised, or created to your chosen specifications.

6.2. Custom, personalised, workshop, party, or made-to-specification products cannot usually be cancelled once production, preparation, or personalisation has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

6.3. For eligible non-custom products, EU customers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, provided the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in a resaleable condition.

6.4. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of slime products that have been opened, unsealed, used, handled, mixed, contaminated, or played with after delivery, unless faulty.

6.5. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

6.6. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

6.7. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, card provider, or Shopify Payments.

7. Safety Disclaimer

7.1. Slime Banshee products are not edible and must not be eaten.
7.2. Slime is a sensory modelling compound and should be used only as directed.
7.3. Recommended for ages 7+ with adult supervision unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
7.4. Some products may contain small parts, charms, beads, glitter, clay, foam beads, fragrance oils, colourants, sodium borate, or boron-based activator.
7.5. Keep away from children under 3 years, pets, eyes, mouth, broken skin, fabrics, carpets, and hair.
7.6. Adult supervision is recommended for all children, and users should wash hands before and after play.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content on our Shopify store, including product descriptions, branding, images, text, designs, stories, themes, logos, and visual assets, is the intellectual property of Slime Banshee unless otherwise stated.
