~ Refund & Returns Policy ~

At Slime Banshee, we take great care in crafting, packing, and sending our handmade sensory slimes.

Because slime is a handled sensory product, returns are limited for hygiene and quality reasons. This policy explains when cancellations, returns, replacements, or refunds may apply.

1. General Policy

Many Slime Banshee products are handmade, made to order, personalised, or created to your chosen specifications.

Custom, personalised, workshop, party, or made-to-specification products cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

For eligible non-custom products, EU customers may have a 14-day withdrawal right, provided the product is unused, unopened, sealed, and in a resaleable condition.

2. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of slime products that have been opened, unsealed, used, handled, mixed, contaminated, or played with after delivery, unless faulty.

Slime must be returned in its original sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition where a return is approved.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout, especially for custom, personalised, party, workshop, or made-to-order items.

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@slimebanshee.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the circumstances.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@slimebanshee.com.

Cancellation requests for custom, personalised, workshop, party, or made-to-specification products may be refused once production, preparation, or personalisation has begun.

For standard non-custom products, cancellation or withdrawal requests will be reviewed in line with applicable consumer rights and the condition/status of the order.

5. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, card provider, or Shopify Payments.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part, such as the wrong item being sent.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local postal service or courier first.

Lost or missing package concerns should be reported to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, but we will help where we can with courier information or claim support.
